mushroom pasta with cauliflower and parsley
ingredients:
Mushroom sauce
250 grams of mushrooms
1/2 cauliflower head
1 broccoli
2 cloves garlic
1/2 yellow onion
Olive oil
2 cups cream
2 teaspoons vegetable broth
1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper
1/2 fresh parsley
1 pack of spinach
Accessories
4 port pasta
directions:
1. Accessories: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Mushroom sauce: Clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters. Wash and cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Peel and chop the garlic and onions.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes without them taking color. Add cream and broth and let simmer for 5 minutes. Squeeze the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
4. Wash and roughly chop the parsley and rinse spinach.
5. Strain the pasta and mix with mushroom sauce, parsley and spinach. Serve in deep bowls.
