Parmesan meatballs


parmesan meatballs

ingredients:

about 0,4 kg of minced beef
1 egg
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 tsp of paprika spice
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
3 tbs of soy
0,5 dl of cream (or 0,2 cups)
1 dl of grated parmesan (0,4 cups)
2 tbs of cornflour
butter

directions:

Mix everything except the butter in a bowl with your hands or a mixer (how ever you wish to have the minced beef).
Melt the butter in a frying pan and make your preferred size of balls with the meat mixture and put them on the hot pan.
Lower the heat on the stove to halv the strength.
Fry the meatballs for approx 5-8 minutes on the first side. Turn them and fry for approx 5-8 min.
Put a lid on the pan, and slowly lower the heat for approx 5 minutes.

Your parmesan meatballs are ready to savour however you would like to. :)
